How can this bird survive?
Today I find a baby bird (I think it's a White-Throated Sparrow) at the corner of a subway staircase, waiting to me an intentional or accidental end. It was away from it's family and I saw it face close encounters with death as careless people nearly stomped it out. My mother rescued it and brought it home. It won't learn to fly or scavenge for food with us as owners. What can I do to return it to it's path in life as a New York City street bird.
Can you mush up dog food and feed it to a baby sparrow?
can you take dog food out of a bag, NOT a can, and mush it up in water till its nice and soft, almost like a paste, and feed it to a baby sparrow?
What do you think of my Pokemon team (diamond)?

My cat growls at my friend's cats who are visiting but she doesn't get mad when she smells their scent?
I am trying to introduce my cat to her siblings who she hasn't seen a in a while. My friend adopted them and they are staying with me for a few days. The first day my cat growled at everything, even their scent but now she's ok with the scent but if she sees them she gets mad. What does this mean?
New kitten won't stop growling?
Your kitten is afraid. One sees this in kittens separated from a mother too soon. I also wonder if the mother was a feline cat or a barn cat having no interaction with humans ? You could try personally feeding it, softly speak to it, carry it around. Keep it separate from the other pets for a while until she trusts you.
Why is my dog suddenly aggressive towards select people?
My 5yr old neutered basset hound is the sweetest and friendliest dog. There have been incidents where he has growled at select people, some which have returned, some were strangers and he would tuck his tail, lower his head and slowly walk away. We didn't think anything of it until recently when it went too far. My sister told me that today, he was growling at her friend who had spent the night (he had been fine with her all day). They were sitting on the floor and he hid behind my sister and continued to growl. The friend tried to baby talk him, trying to change his mind and maybe get a tail wag but he wasn't having it so they left him alone. Later, he started up again and this time lunged for the friend as my sister held him back. The friend then ran out of the room and he chased her supposedly with intentions to bite. I have no idea why this happened and my parents are threatening to get rid of him. Please hep for my best friend's sake!
