Agriculture in Fairs?

I have to write an essay, due tomorrow, so hopefully someone will answer this by then, but anyways, I have to write an essay for my agriculture class. It's title is "The role agriculture played in the development of the manatee county fair" The manatee county fair is in Central west Florida but it really doesn't have to be based on the manatee fair. Can you give me examples of agriculture in a fair?(: Thank youuuuu!
