A baby sparrow and the likely hood of living to the next day?

my boyfriend found this baby sparrow at the store we work at on the ground. so i went over there to see if i can find the nest to return it...not a damn nest in sight. so i took it home and did research on how to feed and take care of it for at least a night till the morning tomorrow. im going to take it to Crow a wild life place to care for wild animals such as this little sparrow...so its feed and taken care of...the question i have is will the bird make it till morning and how often does it need to be fed cause its a little sparrow...so a little help would be nice@@ thanks@@
