I'd suggest that the real reason is that you are lying in that you are not around dolphins or manatees. Manatees do not live in the ocean, they live in inland and coastal FRESH waters and dolphins in North America, live in salt water. There are fresh water dolphins in other parts of the world but, in those parts there are no manatees ... So, you're lying.
