How much would a small tattoo cost?

I'm looking to get a small sparrow on my left foot. it should be about the size of a playing card (including wings and everything). I would like it to be black with light white shading.. I know an accurate price is better determined in person at a professional parlor, but I was just seeing if anyone with experience could give me some sort of estimate. Thanks!!
