Im not Saying im Vampire but Im Scared of somthing similare Im serious!!?

Well one day i woke up with a scar on my neck looks like two holes and i tried eating cuz i felt weak but i couldnt eat it i Vomited and my Girlfriend said am i ok and my teeth are sharp and they never were before im Scared Please help because when i get around alot of people my stomach Growls and my heart beats fast like im gonna attack somthing Mature Answers Only.
