Please help with a 3 weeks old bird (Sparrow) she wont eat?

Look up what sparrows eat then possibly make something that delivers food into its mouth with no human scent on it that looks a lot like a sparrow.Or contact your local animal hospital they may take it in.That's all i have.It may die if it does tell me please im sorry if it does
