What to get my friend for her birthday?

My friend is turning 15 and I want to get her something really cool and unusual. I was thinking of getting a star named after her, but it turns out that the only people who recognize that are the people you buy the name from, so it's not very legit. She's not materialistic at all so I know she'd be okay with getting something like a piece of paper telling her there's a manatee somewhere that she's sponsoring or something like that, rather than a physical gift. Does anyone know of any unique and meaningful gifts along those lines? Should I go for the star? Also the price range is about $75 tops. Thanks!
